All are cross flashable as they are really the same type of drive, you just need a patched flasher.

The H**N are normal drives

The H**L are lightscribe compatible

I believe the ‘L’ (lightscribe) versions ‘MIGHT’ be able to be upgraded to SL40,

but I have no drive to test.

The ‘N’ versions are NOT upgradable to SL40 as they have a different chipset.
